IronBond, an initiative of PAIRS Foundation, is now enrolling participants for our upcoming live, interactive Zoom classes! Open to the public, these sessions focus on strengthening communication, building healthy relationships, navigating conflict, and developing practical skills for everyday life.

Enrollment Requirements
Creating a solid foundation through a progressive 6-part series designed to build lasting strength and deep connection within the family unit.
To maintain the integrity of the program, this class uses a fixed-cohort model. Participants must enroll for the full series and begin with the first session. Late entries or “drop-ins” are not permitted once the series has commenced.
Unlike our individual workshops, the Essential Class builds upon the skills learned in the previous session. By signing up, you are securing your spot in a dedicated group that grows together from start to finish.
